Step 3: Take entrance exam
Step 4: Upon passing the exam, fees will be assessed

For Freshmen
Form 138 (report card)
Certificate of good moral character
2 pcs. 1x1 colored photo
2 long brown envelopes
Birth certificate (photocopy)
Barangay and police clearance

For Transferees
True copy of grades or Transcript of records
Honorable dismissal
Certificate of good moral character
